Lisa Striffler has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare, insurance
and pharmaceutical industry. She has held progressive leadership roles and has
chaired a national committee regarding current healthcare market trends. Lisa’s
educational background in nursing and business, allows her the
unique ability to understand the challenges that face our customers.
Lisa’s experience also includes a strong background in marketing and sales.
She is a certified speaker on topics that include changing
behaviors and motivation. She is active in local and national
organizations such as the American Lung Association and local
asthma task forces to help strengthen nurse relationships at
both the local and national levels.

to NSI's palette of professionals. A founder of HR Strategic Solutions Inc., a full-service human resources consulting firm

advantage through workforce leveraging.

/ culture shift strategies, and much more.

Robert L. Valasek is responsible for corporate sales initiatives with overall management responsibility for account executives and direct sales. He is known for his dedication, client service and breadth of experience throughout the healthcare industry.
Bob joined NSI from Boyden Global Executive Search where he was the Managing Director for the Nonprofit Practice based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He brings several years of search experience coupled with over 25 years of experience in human resources and operations in healthcare, most recently as the Vice President for Human Resources with the South Hills Health System in Pittsburgh. Previous experience runs the gamut from a University-related specialty hospital, to a small system, to a large community hospital to a major tertiary teaching hospital. In the search industry Bob completed several healthcare assignments including CEOs, COOs, Vice President level, and key functional managers and specialists.
Bob has served several non-profit organizations including the Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania where he chaired the Manpower Shortages Committee and developed the Center for Health Careers. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Omega Federal Credit Union and a member of the Board of Directors of The Verland Foundation and the Homeless Children Education Fund. |

Brian Colosi has joined NSI with 12+ years of Human Resources Management and strategic leadership experience in the healthcare and insurance industries. In his role, he is responsible for developing recruitment and retention strategies to satisfy client RN staffing levels. Additionally, he will develop business partnering relationships and provide consultative services in the areas of talent loading, landing, on-boarding & retention management.
Prior to joining NSI, Mr. Colosi was the senior HR executive for an East Coast division for a “FORTUNE 1,000” company. He has been responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategic & Operational Plans and has extensive expertise in Recruitment & Retention, Change Management, Compensation & Benefit plan design and HR benchmarking.
Mr. Colosi received his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a BA in Labor Relations from the City University of New York. In 2000, he was awarded the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation and continues an active membership in multiple business and professional organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration and the PA Chamber of Commerce. |
